Tempus Ledger products are printed on demand. This means each product is printed, bound, and prepared after your order is placed.

Order Processing and Production

Orders are submitted for production after checkout. Once an order has entered production, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.

Shipping Times

Because Tempus Ledger products are printed on demand, orders must first be produced and then shipped. The total time to receive your order includes both production time and carrier transit time. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and may not include the full time required for printing, binding, packaging, and shipment. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on production volume, carrier delays, destination, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We may be unable to replace or refund orders that are delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
