Refund policy
Because Tempus Ledger products are printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or changes of mind after an order has been submitted for production.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, incorrectly packaged, or does not arrive, please contact us within 20 days of the shipment date with your order number and clear photos of the issue, if applicable. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement. To request a replacement, please contact us at bodgerventures@gmail.com. We will confirm whether a replacement has been approved.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout. We may be unable to replace or refund orders that are delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
